Sample application:

Our DA LOG 3 - 800 dosing plants are used for the automatic dosage of a base degreasing agent (e.g. lye) and a cleaning additive or cleaning agent in one or more independently operated cleaning plants. Provided the conductivity of the cleaning bath is in proportion to the cleaning agent concentration of the bath, the dosing process is initiated through deviations from the lower conductivity limit. The preset target concentration is then re-established automatically by dosing the base product and cleaning additive or a cleaning agent proportionally. If the value falls below the conductivity limit simultaneously on several baths operated in parallel, then dosing is made according to the time priority. Our DA LOG 800 dosing plants are equipped with SIEMENS LOGO! technology as standard for simple control and parameterisation.
